The bed was decent and comfortable, and the hotel is just a short walk to Lumut Bay Waterpark. The shower’s water pressure was weak, there was no room service, the pool water looked green as if it hadn’t been treated, the TV was broken, and there was no coffee shop on site.

The location is very close to the beach, but the hotel itself is in a state of decay. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, with thick, stubborn limescale and brown rust stains in the toilet bowl. The ladies’ toilet by the swimming pool is unusable, and there’s a lot of bird droppings around the pool area. It shouldn’t even be considered a 3‑star property.

The staff were friendly and the hotel offered free late check‑out, creating a calm atmosphere. However, the kitchen cabinets were rundown and the water pressure was slow.
