“Not great value, disappointing due to misleading pictures, friendly staff”

The staff were friendly and the place was clean, but the building feels ancient and the interior looks more like a retirement home than a resort. The photos are misleading—there’s no lake, just a dry area—and it’s overpriced even during Coachella. They present it as a vacation club, yet it’s the kind of spot you’d want to leave as soon as possible.

We stayed here for Coachella and the location was perfect—just 10 minutes from the shuttle. Booking was easy, fast, and reliable, and the host was amazing. The desert Isis exterior is beautiful, the pool area is great, and the rooms are spacious. It’s a timeshare with a fully stocked kitchen; the bedroom and living room are huge, and the sofa converts into a bed, making it cozy. The only downside is that it feels a bit dated; the hallway carpet shows its age and there’s a distinct smell throughout. Other than that, no complaints—more positives than negatives, highly recommended!

It was not what we expected. it was great. Housekeeping staff offered great service. we only stayed 2 nights so not much to say. Amenities for families was excellent. location is okay. but otherwise excellent place especially for familiies
