We enjoyed a pleasant stay. Even though ongoing work meant we couldn’t have breakfast inside (something Booking didn’t mention), Denise, the owner, surprised us with a hearty garden breakfast that morning, well‑made and tasty. It was a very kind and unexpected gesture that we appreciated a lot – thanks Denise for your friendliness and availability!

The location was ideal for reaching Alberese and the Maremma park. Unfortunately, our first‑floor room didn’t have air conditioning, and with the exceptional heat this year, even a fan made the first night tough. Denise was very kind and found a solution for our second night.

Close to the beautiful Alberese beach, the breakfast was fantastic – tomato bruschetta were exquisite – and the most important thing was the kindness of Denise and the whole family. Nothing to add.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, a mix of modern and traditional elements; the kitchen has everything needed for self‑catering; outside there are several seating areas available. The entire property is well‑maintained and lovingly arranged. Breakfast was very good: high‑quality products, some from the own garden (eggs, tomatoes) and homemade cake, plus lovingly prepared fruit and freshly squeezed juice. It was my third two‑week stay in the Maremma and this place is my absolute favourite.
