The accommodation was good and breakfast was just OK. The beach was very good, but there were no activities at all. Still, we got a chance to fly on what they called Ultra Light, the smallest flying machine that holds two people, with one in front as the pilot, a small engine, and adjustable wings controlled by the pilot. The flight lasted 15 minutes and cost just 6000. They refused to acknowledge your booking and charged us double the booked rate. Later, because the resort was almost empty, they lowered the charges to Rs.17,000 for both rooms. They openly said they never received your booking. Since we had no other option, they treated us poorly, and I feel they should be penalized for the extra amount charged.

After driving 500 KMs, we arrived at the property and were denied any room. Even when we showed the confirmation, they insisted it was a reservation confirmation and not a room confirmation—though I don’t understand the difference. They seemed to have a group and probably assigned our rooms to them, then tried to justify it with absurd logic. Their lack of professionalism tarnishes the place’s reputation. The hotel sits in a secluded spot with no other lodging nearby, so tourists should avoid suffering like we did; we had to drive another 300 KMs to reach the next town of Pasni.
