The hotel was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable, while the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. A special thank you to the reception team, who were incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help. The restaurant staff also deserve particular praise: they were exceptionally professional, warm and welcoming, and their attentive service made every meal a truly enjoyable experience. Finally, the housekeeping ladies were extremely polite, discreet and excellent at their work. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant !

Our three-night stay at The Lead was truly exceptional. As Always the hotel has always felt like a home away from home, and this visit reminded us exactly why. The peaceful ambience, excellent location, beautiful surroundings, comfort and impeccable cleanliness made our stay restful from beginning to end. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and professional, and we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Special recognition must go to Mr Alan and Mr Nassim. Their kindness, leadership, personal attention and commitment to excellent guest service are remarkable. They are tremendous assets to The Lead and among the wonderful people who make every stay feel so special and memorable
