The girl at check‑in was so unfriendly! As a Hilton member she didn’t offer any water. The beds were hard, the pillows flat, and there was no blanket on the bed or in the closet. The microwave turntable was broken, so I had to use a towel as a blanket on the bed. We used to stay there all the time, but I won’t be back. I went to Ybor City the next night and had a much better stay; I didn’t like paying $30.00 to park my car.

The staff was friendly and the location was right where I needed to be for work, but the room wasn’t clean. There were pubes in the shower and German cockroaches in the bed. I was very disappointed for a stay at the Hilton.
