I was really disappointed with my stay here. The hotel's cleanliness was a major letdown, and it felt like they just didn't care about their guests. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making sure we had a good experience. It's a shame, because the location is great, but the overall vibe of the place is just really off.

I had a good experience here, to be honest. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I wouldn't say it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it was definitely a solid choice. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I was blown away by the level of service I received from Prosanjeet Dey, the hotel's care taker. He's an all-around great guy who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. The hotel itself is also well-maintained and clean, with a great atmosphere. My only suggestions for improvement would be to add a wiper in the bathroom and maybe have a more discreet way of answering the door at night.

I'm extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by the staff here. They were dishonest and showed no responsibility for their actions. I was promised a certain level of service, but what I got was the complete opposite. It's clear that they don't value their customers' business, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
