I loved the villa‑style layout—very private and peaceful, very tidy. I’ll definitely pick Zeen Resort again when I return to Suphanburi! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there was no café or food service on the premises.

The location is fine; there’s no breakfast, only a minibar. The hotel could improve coordination with guests, especially when they ask for early check‑in.

I felt safe and the room was well lit. Each room had its own parking spot, a Smart TV, and fast Wi‑Fi. The bed sheet wasn’t soft, there were only two pillows and you had to pay extra for more. The amenities were very small.
