The room was very original and clean. The price was high, but we think that was because we stayed for a very quiet weekend.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the hotel had convenient access to the tram and train. The room was not cleaned regularly; even when housekeeping came it felt superficial, the floor wasn’t properly mopped and didn’t feel clean. Bathroom amenities were very limited and insufficient, and there weren’t enough towels—three guests received only two medium‑sized towels and two small ones. One bed sheet had a hole, and the pillows and mattress were uncomfortable; the pillows were very small and soft, causing your head to sink in. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a four‑star or even a three‑star property, especially regarding cleanliness and room amenities.

The location was wonderful! Couldn't have been better, next to the pedestrian area in the old town. The breakfast was beyond expectations. The room was quite small and the air conditioning really didn't work - quite hot! The front desk did provide us with a large fan which helped a lot. The breakfast was really very good. One of the breakfast servers, she was really nice, but the other fellow was quite rude. A French thing? Also, we had a plumbing problem in the bathroom, which cause a flood that went out into the arpte, but when we came back it was fixed and the carpet dried
