The staff were charming and pleasant. The layout of the hotel was perfect, and the rooms were comfortable. Nothing to add.

Nothing good. Everything bad. Old facilities, old elevator, nauseating smell when opening the window. They don’t wash the cups, they don’t change the towels. If you want to ruin your day in Rome, go to Hotel Gabriella.

The location is 5 minutes from Termini. The check‑in works until 22:00, and the staff are friendly and nice. The building feels like a run‑down hotel in an unkept palace. Prices are extremely high for Manhattan at Christmas (over 300 euros for a quadruple), with no services at all. 35 € for breakfast, which we didn't have, is obvious. This is probably the price market for the area.

The location. My room didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign, and the cleaning staff woke me up several times, which they do in the afternoons between 15:00 and 16:00.

Very close to the main train station. Good instructions to enter outside reception hours. Fruit was on the room, which was nice. A small fridge was perfect. The room was only one room. It wasn’t a real hotel. No breakfast. No hooks for outerwear or towels in the bathroom.
