The bed was very comfortable, but the ice machine was broken. When I tried to get ice in the morning, someone was sleeping in the room where the machine was, so I couldn't use it.

There was no hand soap and no “do not disturb” sign available.

Get the rooms ready so I don’t have to wait ten minutes to get in.

The location was very convenient coming off HWY 20, but breakfast was just okay with limited options, and the early hours of 5‑8 am didn’t suit us.

The bed was comfortable, but there was no change machine in the laundry room and the hotel needs 24‑hour laundry and cleaner facilities.
