The Hotel kleine Auszeit - Adults Only is an elegant 1910 Art Nouveau villa nestled on the dunes beside St. Peter-Ording's expansive sandy beach. The hotel boasts a 2,000 m² garden with outdoor seating and wicker beach chairs. Adults-only accommodations feature warmly decorated rooms with free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and tea/coffee facilities, in two separate buildings. Nearby amenities include restaurants, shops, and the North Sea embankment.

It was pleasantly quiet and tidy, yet there was no air‑conditioning or fan; even in northern heatwaves a fan feels essential, and I think a screen and a small fridge should be standard in the room, especially since the breakfast area lacked one. The bathroom vent cover almost fell on my head twice, there was no complimentary bottled water, and nobody would explain the guest passes unless you asked specifically. For the price we felt more like a cash cow while the service stayed in the background.
