I had a horrible experience with terrible customer service.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast offered many options, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved having two bathrooms, one in each bedroom. However, we stayed in a two‑bedroom suite where the air conditioner was only in the main living room, so we couldn't adjust the temperature separately in the bedrooms; with the doors closed it got a bit stuffy and hot.

The fridge could make ice, the kitchen was fully stocked, and having three TVs was spot‑on, though the breakfast could use a few more options. The upstairs neighbors kept shouting late into the night—sometimes at 11 pm or 3 am—and one TV remote was broken, a closet door wouldn’t latch, and a restroom door was also faulty.

The patio grill was a highlight, but the price for the washer and dryer was high and we had to use quarters instead of a digital system.
