The swimming pool wasn’t that clean; I’d recommend cleaning it daily.

This eco-resort in the midst of nature was a true gem. The views from the property were simply breathtaking, and the thoughtful design made it feel like a peaceful village. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even with a language barrier, which made our stay even more special. What really stood out, though, was their kindness when we had a medical emergency offsite - they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even sending food to our room late at night.

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its perfect location and amazing staff. The food was also delicious, and we enjoyed every meal. However, the road leading to the hotel was a bit of a challenge, and the pool wasn't temperature-controlled, which was a bit of a letdown.
