The view was great, the room stayed quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the outdoor lighting could have been better, there were only a few tea bags and no body wash or soap, and the spa water had a slightly brown tint.

The private spot was lovely and the design of the property showed a lot of thought, but the upkeep needed for ongoing functionality was missing. Housekeeping fell short: the kettle was dirty with grass stuck and water left inside, the sofa had stains and dusty legs, the hairdryer was sticky, windows were dirty and smeared, a lamp was broken, only one hand towel was provided instead of two, there was no daily service during the two‑night stay, and toiletries weren’t replenished—small things, all in all.
