Cristina is friendly. The room is very well located, close to the Colosseum, and fairly comfortable, clean, with sufficient equipment. Beware of an electrical problem (broken lamp) that could be dangerous.

“Güzel bir konaklama, Fiyat Performans oteli”

We liked that the location was in a nice area close to the train and the university; it’s a bit away from the city centre but there are metro and bus options nearby. Having an elevator in the building was a plus. We communicated via WhatsApp with the number sent from booking before arriving, and they helped us with everything. In the mornings, coffee and small packaged snacks were a nice touch. The room was a bit small but adequate, and it even had a balcony. Air‑conditioning and free Wi‑Fi were available. It could be a little cleaner, but it wasn’t bad enough to stay.

“Lo justo para dormir en Roma”

The guy was incredibly friendly and we were just a stone's throw from the bus and metro stops, as well as the Coliseum. The lady, however, was extremely unpleasant, and we traveled on the day that Italian air traffic suffered a global failure, causing our flight to be delayed more than 3 hours. The hotel still charged us for late check‑in despite this circumstance… (We asked for a receipt and none was provided). The walls were very thin, the bed quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom was noticeably old and worn.

The bed was comfortable. Having only one towel for three nights was not good.
