The location is excellent. The accommodation is modern and well equipped. The bathroom is excellent, with quality bath towels and linens. The host was super helpful in resolving the issue of our delayed backpacks because of the city marathon. Perfect accommodation in Viterno. No complaints.

The place is on the ground floor, but there are stairs at the entrance—steep, no handrail, and my mother, who has mobility issues, struggled to get in. I called the hotel, and they replied in a rude tone that it wasn’t their fault and that I should have checked the details when booking. The 40th photo on their page even shows the stairs; that’s not how you treat guests!

The spot is great, but the bathroom fan keeps making a loud noise.

The room is very charming, well-equipped, and right in the center. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.

Even though breakfast wasn’t included, they gave us snacks, crackers, and even disposable slippers. The building sits on a cul‑de‑sac, so we enjoyed a lot of quiet.
