“Good stay”
The apartment sits very close to the Eiffel Tower, making city travel a breeze. The owner promises food from a local bakery and I had good contact with the right person. The apartment is quite old and cluttered, but it is clean; some items are taped together.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness and equipment were lacking.
Everything was perfect for me. The room was fully equipped with everything I could wish for. The beds were huge – two extra‑large double beds that were super comfy. The bathroom was spacious, tidy, and had plenty of water. What really impressed me was the host, who was very warm. When we booked an extra night, he gladly adjusted our dates. He explained all the room features in detail and prepared a hearty breakfast every morning. The breakfast tasted great, with a wide selection of breads and drinks. The host loves life, we had great conversations, and it was a pleasure to be around him. The most unforgettable moment was at the end of our trip, when we were almost late for the flight; the host and his wife personally escorted us to the airport so we made it on time. He’s the most responsible host I’ve ever met; if there were a “Paris volunteer of the year” award, I’d definitely vote for him. This heartwarming encounter was rare, and I’m truly grateful for his meticulous care, treating us like family. It was an unforgettable journey, highly recommended.
“Trés agréable”
A perfect spot for a short stay, solo or family. It’s very well located, 10 minutes on foot from the Eiffel Tower, and the breakfast is very hearty. Maybe the breakfast area could be better defined?
The place is nowhere near a good spot – no restaurants or pubs around, so you have to hop on the metro. The biggest gripe is the dirty accommodation they handed us. A small fridge that was filthy, still full of open yogurt jars with the lids on. The room was dark, no 5 G reception unless you go outside, but there was a bit of Wi‑Fi. I had good contact and communication with the owner, no issues there, but the service doesn’t match the price, so at that rate I’d rather stay in a hotel, which is what we ended up doing.
