“A comfortable, good-value stay in an excellent location, with a good breakfast.”
The location was great, making it easy to explore Prague on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with a nice selection of tea and coffee. Overall, the hotel offered good value for our four‑night stay. Some aspects felt fairly basic, especially the facilities, so the experience was good but not exceptional. There were no major issues, just a few small improvements that would make the stay more enjoyable.

Breakfast was pretty standard, but the cleaning service didn't come every day.
The breakfast was decent and the staff at the counter were friendly, while the reception staff were just fine. The lift isn't on the ground floor; you have to climb 20 steps (two floors) to reach it, and once inside you still need to go up or down another 10 steps to get to your own floor—no one offered help, and with heavy bags it was a real hassle. One night the room had no electricity; the staff didn't respond until 15 minutes later and told me nothing could be done. I couldn't sleep at all because I had to open the windows for ventilation and the noise from trucks and teams kept me up. The manager's handling the next day left me very disappointed. The room assigned to me was probably the worst—there was no proper spot to open a large bag, it was very dark with only one lamp (no ceiling lights) that left parts of the room in shadow, and overall it felt depressing.
