The reception staff were especially friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb, and the housekeeping made the bed with great care. The location was very quiet yet central. The only complaint was the lack of friendliness from the staff at breakfast, where I encountered two different ladies who were not at all guest‑friendly.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide range of savory and sweet options, and the staff were attentive with great coffee. I slept well on the firm mattress, and the building itself was comfortable and well equipped with sofas.

I stayed in a central spot that was fairly quiet, with a lovely courtyard garden that was too chilly for sitting in the autumn. The breakfast was excellent, but the beds were too hard.

Everything was super.

The staff paid close attention to details, and since my stay coincided with my birthday they gave me a nice surprise. Both the breakfast and our room were 10/10. However, until you know the layout you can get a bit lost among the different floors and rooms of the hotel.
