Pickup from the port by scooter; I was driven to the port by a mini golf cart. The bed was comfortable, the Smart TV let me watch YouTube + Netflix, no cable TV. Air conditioning was good, water pressure was good. The beach was very close, just 2 minutes. A bottle of water was in the room upon arrival. The location was shown incorrectly. Reception was very poor, with no information about the island. I was taken to my room, given the key, and that was it—no welcome, no island info. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo were missing, even though they’re listed as included; they left me an empty soap dispenser and a used roll of toilet paper, indicating the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Room hygiene needs improvement—the refrigerator was very dirty and could be cleaned in 30 minutes if someone cared. Ants were invading the bathroom. The nightstand needs replacement.
