Location is fine. Access was a mess . They need to use booking .com for messages. We did Not get the access code so could not get in at 2230. We went elsewhere . They had sent the code on WhatsApp apparently . We did not get this

The place is in a very good location a few steps from the city center, check‑in without reception, and the room is adequate. Check‑in required receiving an entry code and picking up a key from a desk, which didn’t work for us and only one hotel staff member let us in; thanks to the courteous reception, we were able to check out later on the last day as compensation.

The hotel room matched the pictures, was well designed, comfortable, and faced a small, calm, quiet city‑center street. The staff were wonderful, making our stay joyful with a warm welcome and pleasant chats about local sights as we were leaving; we would definitely stay again.
