The room was as described and clean. No check‑in at 3 pm (the time confirmed by the hotel before the stay); we had to call to find out where our rooms were (luckily we speak English). Then we had trouble speaking to someone to arrange breakfast at 7:30 am so we could catch our flight. We had to send several messages. The reply came after many reminders, late, breakfast possible only between 9 and 11 am, no alternatives, and not before. The entrance door was open all night with no staff. Security was not observed. We want a refund for the four breakfasts.

The establishment is great! We were very well received, it’s super functional, clean, and the restaurant is very good! I highly recommend it. The shower isn’t fully glazed everywhere, water leaks outside the shower. The Kato Gouves area seems built to host tourists, it lacks the soul of a village. After the floods at the start of the month, that might explain it too…

Linda and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and well equipped. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. Everything else was perfect.

The view of the sea was fantastic. The following morning, however, there was no hot water in the bathroom.
