The location was good and the staff were attentive, but the building required stairs to reach the rooms and showed signs of poor maintenance.

The hotel’s location was more than fine, the cleanliness was acceptable, the room was cleaned and towels were changed regularly, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. However, the breakfast was monotonous and the same every day, the bed was broken and very uncomfortable, and the room needed a lot more organization to be better.

The location was excellent, and the few shortcomings could be overlooked; the staff were very welcoming and could handle any request, and we arranged a transfer.

They didn’t honor my request for two separate beds; first they offered one room, then after I insisted they gave me a room with two beds, one of which had dirty linens. The concierge suggested I change them myself, so I did, which was the first time I’d had to do that. In the morning he tried to dictate where guests should sit at breakfast, so I had to send him away. The road in front of the hotel was rutted and dirty, but that was the only issue; the location was good.
