I dealt with Satish Kumar at reception, who was very rude, and the AC was broken while the hot water in the shower didn’t work at all; honestly, it wasn’t worth the money spent.

The entrance and lobby were beautiful, the breakfast offered a variety of dishes that satisfied many tastes, rooms were spotless with daily towel changes, room service was exceptional—promptly handling special requests and asking for feedback—and the restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, but the corner stand in the shower area was missing, making it hard to keep body wash and shampoo bottles, and the toilet seat wasn’t properly aligned with the commode, so housekeeping should be trained to spot such details and the maintenance team should fix them before guests notice.
