I really liked the setup and the place was exactly what we wanted—quite secluded. We enjoyed the two days we spent there, and the weather was good for us too. We missed the first day because of a problem at home. The only flaw was that the mattresses could use toppers, the shower room had a lot of rust on the radiator, and the en‑suite was worse. The lounge settees were rather grubby.

The location was great and the place was clean. We loved the DVD player and the lounge area was perfect for what we needed. We had to pay extra for linen, which I understand, but £60 for the linen we received is definitely overpriced. There were also some cuts in the curtain netting, which the owners said they were aware of and are replacing them.

We had a brilliant two‑night stay at the 6 Berth Caravan on Lakeside Holiday Park and the only complaint is that the trip simply wasn’t long enough! The caravan was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable break. The location was great and Lakeside Holiday Park made a perfect base for our time in Burnham‑on‑Sea. We really enjoyed being able to relax, switch off, and make the most of the surroundings. Two nights seemed to disappear far too quickly, which is probably the best compliment we can give. Next time, we’d definitely like to come back for a full week so we can properly settle in, enjoy the park, and explore more of the local area. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and somewhere we’d be very happy to return to. Highly recommended! Nothing really. Genuine review!
