The room was very clean and seemed new, but the mattress was too soft for my taste.

The TV didn’t work, so we had to change rooms; the bed was very uncomfortable, and although we’ve stayed at the hotel many times without any problems, this stay was not what we were used to.

The location and staff were great, the room was very clean and cozy, and everything was good.

The place was spotless and the vibe was great; the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, and there were no issues at all.

The staff were kind and helpful, but a bit of green would have made the breakfast better.
