“È meglio recarsi in un convento.”

The building sits in a great spot in the city of Quinto Vicentino with excellent on‑site parking. The room we stayed in was clean but rather modest in furnishings and had a small bathroom. We also found it missing some comforts we now consider essential: there was no refrigerator and no complimentary water bottle. Among all the places we’ve stayed, this one was by far the most disappointing, especially when comparing the services offered to our expectations.

The property is located at the gates of Vicenza in a countryside area, easy to reach by car, with a convenient parking lot and a well‑maintained garden. The room is furnished with antique furniture, has a bed, desk, table, chair, and a nightstand; the bed is comfortable and I saw extra pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom was recently renovated and well kept, with hair dryers available in the corridor leading to the rooms. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Overall, the stay went very well and I would gladly return if the opportunity arises. I would have liked a nightstand on both sides of the double bed, but there was only one (fixed with an extra chair provided by the very kind owner). The room is not sound‑proofed against the corridor, so the noises come through loud and clear; fortunately the other guests were quiet during the night, so we slept well. I would have appreciated a savory option for breakfast.

“La semplicità che apprezzo”

My visit was a quick in‑and‑out; the team were pleasant and welcoming, the room was tidy and equipped with everything needed for a peaceful night—spacious shower, large sink, TV and super comfortable beds. The rooms aren’t fully sound‑proof, so I could hear other guests coming and going later in the evening; it didn’t bother me, but it’s the one thing I’d improve, especially since I’m a heavy sleeper and others might find it disruptive.

The cleanliness was consistently good and the staff were courteous, but we couldn’t have breakfast because there was no vegan option available.

The owner was very attentive, everything was very clean and pleasant, and because it’s on a plot the car stays well protected with plenty of parking. I would stay again.
