A well‑maintained old building with clean rooms and a very warm host. She spoke English fairly well and gave us many useful tips.

An incredibly sweet and accommodating host, a nice view from the room window, quiet. Stayed just one night, but would definitely return if I ever come back to Kutaisi.

The best part was the owner and the location. The woman is incredibly nice (she waited for us at 2:30 am and helped with everything) and you can walk to the city centre in 15 minutes. Nothing, everything was perfect!!!

I was honestly sad to leave. I stayed only two nights, but it felt like visiting a family home. Mrs Mana is kind and accommodating, a pet lover who cares for both two‑legged and four‑legged guests! She saw me off at 2 am with a hug!
