The accommodation is a renovated factory villa on a completely derelict factory building, surrounded by many old, rundown houses, with long walks to the city centre and shops. The place itself is refurbished, has new beds, but the shower is installed backwards and is very dangerous, there is no German-language TV programming, the pool is unusable, the bathroom is very small but clean. Wi‑Fi works. Overall, a car trip is recommended. Better signage, a safe shower, German TV channel, and a coffee machine would improve it.

The spot is great for heading out to both parks and a bunch of other sights, and the owners are friendly. We had the room with a pond view, but it lacked fan, a broom with a dustpan, a clothes dryer in the bathroom, and a bowl.

The guesthouse was clean, located in a quiet spot near Germany. It had basic amenities: cookware, towels, soap, linens. The owner lady was very pleasant. The price‑performance ratio was ideal. The pool was available and clean. The grill and seating area were also provided.
