The staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked two nights instead of one, so I asked to shift the two nights to start the next day, and they did it effortlessly and said yes. The hotel had everything I needed to organize myself for a day while in Manokwari. Everything was good :) I’m a happy customer.

Clean and tidy, with staff who were extremely welcoming. Every question we raised was answered with enthusiasm, and their positivity kept us smiling from start to finish. The meals were simple but hearty; even our picky eaters left the breakfast table satisfied, and one day we tried a soup that was truly amazing. The only drawback was that the hotel was a bit far from some attractions, but thanks to Maxim the transport was very convenient.

The room was spacious, but there was no toilet paper, and the sheets and synthetic pillows were far too hot. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, offering only local food, even though we had agreed on confectioneries.
