“La Casa de los Horrores”
The location was very good. The kitchen trash piled up both inside and outside the bin. The bed sheets had hair from other people. We found cockroaches in the room. The room ceiling had cobwebs. On the second day of our stay, we found the apartment lock broken and the door open. The company managing the apartment didn't know the door was like that, and after we notified them, we received a message warning us to enter the apartment accompanied because someone might be inside. Later we learned a locksmith had come and left the job unfinished. We were 2 days without wifi, which caused the locks, both the gate door and the apartment entry, to not open, and the solution they gave us was to call the neighbors so they could open the door for us.
