The suite’s décor impressed me, yet the polyester sheets, pillowcases and comforter irritated my skin, so I had to buy 100 % Egyptian cotton sheets from Burlington at Arundel Mills Mall and bring my own throw and silk pillowcases. I didn’t sleep well from Friday night into Saturday morning because of the irritation, and this is the first time I’ve had that issue at this hotel.

The hotel is nice and comfy with a spacious room and a small but useful kitchen. Breakfast was great with many options and the staff were very kind. We arrived at 3:30 pm and the room wasn’t ready, but they offered a similar one right away. The body shower gel bottle was empty and the bed pillows aren’t the best.

The base was convincing and the location is close to shopping areas. My only gripe was that the bathtub was a little slippery and had no handrails.

I loved the stocked kitchen and the complimentary toilet trees. The staff were nice and helpful; we reported a missing remote to the desk and the maintenance man brightened the situation while we were at the store. The remote was missing, and the floor above us thumped almost nonstop.

The location was great—easy to reach and close to many attractions, the room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent (even though some said it was hard, I thought it was great); we skipped breakfast because we were too cozy in bed and didn’t want to get up, and there is plenty of free parking. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
