The place is conveniently located. The apartment had everything we needed and the building was safe with private off‑road parking. The owners were helpful with anything we asked. The access path to the apartment could be cleaner and better maintained.

The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delightful; it felt like staying at a distant uncle’s house. 10/10, would recommend.

The hosts never replied, yet they still charged us even though the property was listed as “not available.” The listing showed availability, our booking was confirmed, but when we arrived we had nowhere to stay. Their silence, or even a brief explanation or correction, was inhumane and showed a total lack of care for guests. I shouldn’t have to pay for accommodation I never used, and being left stranded in Cape Town because of this is completely unacceptable.

The location, privacy, and cleanliness were all excellent. Nothing else to add.
