Close to the airport. Homemade breakfast made on the spot. Independent check‑in to your room. The only window in the room faces a backyard where the owners live (though it isn’t a bother, it can’t be opened fully). Everything else is fine!

We discovered this place after our flight was unexpectedly diverted to Trapani and our transfer didn’t show up. We were traveling with two small kids and booked at the very last minute. Within minutes of booking, the hosts reached out and offered to pick us up from the airport—extremely grateful since there were no taxis. They also had a car seat ready for our baby. The hosts were incredibly kind! Breakfast in the morning featured fresh croissants, freshly made toasted sandwiches on demand, plenty of yogurts, bread, juices, etc., and it was perfect. It was served in an area full of toys that the kids could play with. The family drove us back to the airport the next day to pick up our rental car. They were incredibly accommodating and the price was very reasonable. Nothing negative; it was exactly what we needed—a bed for the night and breakfast the next day before we headed off again. The bonus was the toys for the kids and cute cats (the host confirmed before letting them out if we were okay with cats, which was very considerate).
