I had a completely positive impression at check‑in; all the staff were very nice and helpful. They welcomed me with a glass of Georgian wine and gave me some hotel and city information. From the balcony I could see a fantastic view of the entire old town, especially impressive at night. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and I can say the room was truly clean and well maintained. I found no negative points. The conversation with the hotel owner was pleasant; she was really nice and offered good tips for affordable travel in Georgia, plus recommendations on must‑see sights. She was sweet! When I go to Georgia again, I will definitely book this hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
