“They did not honor our booking made in”

My experience at this hotel was marred by a serious issue with our booking, which they claimed wasn't in their records despite showing them my confirmation. They even went so far as to suggest it was for a different branch of the hotel, but a quick search revealed this wasn't the case. The photos on my booking matched their hotel perfectly, but they still refused to honor our reservation, instead offering us a more expensive room or telling us to find another hotel.

While the hotel offered a good level of privacy, the amenities were somewhat lacking. It was an okay stay, but nothing particularly special.

“Nice stay”

I was grateful to find a room at this hotel at short notice after our previous booking fell through, and it was convenient and reasonably priced, which was a big plus. Although I didn't have any major complaints, I did appreciate the hotel's ability to accommodate us on such short notice.

“Hôtel bien équipé et propre avec un personnel exceptionnel!”

The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the quiet street location was a bonus. Although the bathroom could have used a renovation, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We were happy to use public transportation to get to the city center, which wasn't a problem for us.

I was incredibly pleased with the hotel's central location, making it easy to get around and attend my meetings nearby. The proximity to a nearby Vinmart was also a convenient bonus. The hotel's overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable.
