The hotel is in a great location, and the reception and all the staff were really excellent. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were also clean and nicely furnished. The only downside was some noise from the hallway when other guests were being loud

The staff here are hands‑down the best I’ve ever met in a hotel—efficient, kind, and always ready to help. The manager went above and beyond with several logistical problems and even suggested great places to explore in Saigon. She’s a caring, intelligent English‑speaking lady. The upper‑floor rooms open onto the city skyline, and the upgraded room is worth the extra cost: comfortable, spotless, and welcoming. Free breakfast was excellent and very convenient.

I’ve never experienced such stellar staff and service at a hotel. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and dedicated, impressing me every single day. The manager assisted me repeatedly, making my stay smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, especially the upper‑level units that cost about $20 USD more per night but are worth every penny. I’ll definitely return.
