The location near the entrance to the Giza pyramids was great, the room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was plentiful (enough to skip lunch), and the staff seemed like a family-run place but were genuinely nice. The shower had a severe leak, and the bedding felt worn out, but given the price, I can’t really complain.

The staff were very helpful and courteous; throughout our stay we stayed in touch, they always assisted and made us feel safe.

The staff were kind and available, the location was central (just a few meters from the Giza pyramids entrance – near the Sphinx entrance). The bathroom needed maintenance.

ホテル側のミスで予約が反映されておらず泊まれないと言われたが、予約画面を見せるとミスを認めて謝罪し、系列ホテル（徒歩1分くらい）のpiramid top view innのいい部屋（ネットで調べたところファミリースイートルーム）に無料アップグレードしてくれた。 実際に止まったのはpiramid top view innになるが、屋上からピラミッドとスフィンクスが見えて眺めが良く、朝食も朝早くからピラミッド行きたいというと弁当を持たせてくれた. 予約の反映ミスをしていた。最初は泊まれないと言ってきた。

The owner was incredibly friendly, the room was nice and the view was great. I didn’t expect much from breakfast, but it was surprisingly good. The service at this price is unbelievable – highly recommend!
