“Good value for a one nighter”
Laon is a cool town, and you can walk up the hill from the hotel to the centre; the hotel offers loads of secure parking, but there’s no A/C so it’s baking hot inside, which feels quite scruffy even though it’s clean.
The receptionist’s welcome was very good, the staff were attentive and helpful, and we’ll gladly return; the only issue was the heavy bedroom door, which made opening it difficult for a disabled person.
