The staff are very nice, and the Netflix service is cool. The air‑conditioning needs an upgrade, and it’s a bit far from restaurants; without a car you’ll have to use Grab.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, which is what made my stay so enjoyable. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't really geared towards families, especially not during peak hours when it's chaos. The room was small but spotless, and the location is pretty great, but the noise levels were a bit of a problem. Overall, I'd say the staff made up for the hotel's shortcomings.

I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's helpfulness. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed.

This place is probably the best hotel in the north outskirts of HCMC city. They're in the process of renovating the rooms, so everything should be back to its former glory soon. The hotel's in a great location, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place ended up on booking. It's not a hotel, more like a private residence that's been converted into a makeshift accommodation. The owner rents out rooms by the hour, which is just bizarre. Despite the weird setup, the room was surprisingly clean and the bed was comfy, but it's hard to shake off the feeling that you're intruding on someone's personal space.
