Motel 6-Mineral Wells, TX

I didn't really like anything. The hot tube wasn't hot it was freezing. The hotel was not at all what I expected. The shower kept running all night. Couldn't shut it off. The hotel was under construction. So nothing was as the pictures or reviews said. No breakfast except a banana or apple or a orange and a protein bar. The swimming pool was very cold and slippery. The carpet was dirty and stains everywhere. Honestly should have went next door but I was so tried and my family was warn out. Everything. Hot tube wasn't hot. Swimming pool was freezing and slippery. Hallway carpets were God awful with stains. Was told that there. Would be a wonderful hot breakfast. Yea come to find out because of the remodel it was a very cold and not filling breakfast. Orange or banana or apple and a protein bar. Yea for 5 dollars more I could have went next door for a really delicious hot breakfast and more comfortable. I really want my money back but doubtful I will. Very very disappointed. Stay closed until renovations is closer to being done

“We called ahead of time to ask about the construction being done breakfast and the pool, none of which were operational”

Nothing good; the service was bad and the environment was awful.

“Bad stay”

I had to use my own device to connect the TV, it never worked, and the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor talk until midnight.

I’m thrilled to stay again and watch the remodel progress, and the sunset from the window in room 309 was the best of the trip; the only downside was no breakfast—just a small basket in the lobby with granola bars, fruit, and assorted juices would have been nice.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the hotel was under construction, sheetrock dust filled the room, and the rooms clearly needed an upgrade.
