The staff were wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay, the room was very good, and the hotel’s location was perfect—a real win.

The front desk lady’s attitude was terrible, she seemed to think we were Asian and was always annoyed whenever we asked for help. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never felt such discrimination. During our trip to Turkey, we met many friendly locals, but this receptionist was the complete opposite. This is how a group of four Vietnamese felt, and I would not recommend this hotel to Asian travelers.

Everything went flawlessly. The hotel staff, especially Melisa, were attentive to every request we had. The days were amazing, and they arranged tours and provided explanations. The hotel feels very family‑friendly.

The buffet breakfast was rich and tasty, and the dining room offered a wonderful view of Goreme and the fairy chimney. The staff were very kind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the in‑room jacuzzi was highly appreciated. The bathroom door needs fixing. Parking was not always convenient. During our stay a large excavation site was next to the room, but luckily it didn’t bother us because we were out during the day.
