Pietra Mare Suites

The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, during our sleep, a staff member entered our room twice without warning or reason. When I asked what was happening, the first time he said he came to see if we needed anything, and the second time he gave no answer. He locked the door (which had been opened with the second pass) and left.

The staff were very polite, the room was nice and comfortable, and the value for money was quite satisfactory, I'd say.

“Δεν εχει ντουλαπα, παρά μονο ενα κρεμαστήρι. Η καφετερια χωρις δλυτζανια, κουταλακια κλπ.”

The staff were friendly. The cleanliness was an issue: the carpet, pillows and my space seemed only partially cleaned.

I met the owner‑manager, who was very helpful, guided me to my room, explained the details of my stay, and accepted cash payment. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the coffee maker excellent, the air‑conditioning superb, and the bathroom exceptional. I just wish I could have stayed a bit longer, as the hotel is very close to the town square and I couldn't enjoy more of what Patras has to offer.

“Απογοητευτική”

Only the bed was good. The ventilation didn’t work; it stopped on its own, then suddenly started again, and then stopped again. The room’s air‑conditioning entered the room and, in another lady’s opposite room, the same happened. The shower in the bathroom was broken, and the internet didn’t work at all; there was no network.
