The rooms were messy, the bathrooms looked shabby and needed upkeep, and the staff seemed to lack basic knowledge.

The pool area had solid facilities, the room was spacious and the bed felt very comfy—though they advertised a queen, it was actually a king. The bathroom even had a bathtub. However, the entrance was in bad shape, with standing water and dirt everywhere. Parking suffered from the same water‑logged, swampy conditions. Breakfast was just average, and ongoing construction inside the hotel disturbed guests’ privacy, especially near the pool where workers were constantly present.
