The staff were accommodating and the view was quite good, even though the weather was bad during our stay. However, there was an unpleasant smell, cockroaches everywhere, no indoor slippers, a slippery bathroom, and the air‑con unit was too small for the room size. Food prices were too high!

The staff were genuinely nice and attentive; even though some amenities were missing, they explained the situation and kept us informed when Wi‑Fi was back on. The rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival. The shower rooms were not very good and clearly need renovation, and the free breakfast offer for family and deluxe rooms felt quite unfair.

I could walk straight to the beach and the pool was easy to get to, but last night the power cut out and the room had no emergency lights.

I was very close to the sea and the pool was nice; the food was plentiful and the staff were extremely helpful, though some spots in the sea were rocky when you swam.
