Everything in the facility was clean, the large bath and indoor plumbing were tidy, and the bed’s firmness was just right. The front desk staff were bland and unenthusiastic, with no warm goodbye or thoughtful departure; perhaps cool service is in vogue now.

The direct bus from Haneda Airport takes you straight to the hotel, and it’s operated by Tokyu Bus! The location is close to the station, the hotel feels new, the rooms are spacious, and the top‑floor rooms on the 28th‑30th floors offer great views—everything is excellent. The price feels a bit steep for me, but given how good the conditions are, it might still be a good deal.
