Good location for public transport, shops, and businesses. The value for money is perfect.
“Terrible experience regarding condition of apartment and communication with the manager”
Location. The property is on the ground floor with no windows for natural light or a view. There is another house directly in front. It is very damp and mold can be found on the windows, door, and corner of the room. We had to move because of respiratory issues and the owner got upset, did not communicate, and offered no refund.
The host is very nice, replies quickly and enthusiastically. The room is clean, beautiful, and the location is great!

The location was excellent; the accommodation is next to everything in Seongsu. I could walk everywhere from the apartment. Written communication with the owner was difficult because he didn’t speak English well. (I never met him; he sends a code by message to access the apartment.) For example, I asked for the nearest metro because I was coming by public transport from the airport, but Google Maps didn’t display the address correctly. He couldn’t explain, so we had to figure it out ourselves. For check‑out, they had no way to keep luggage until the desired time, so that service was somewhat lacking.
