We stayed two days at this wonderful place last June, and I can only say the owners are delightful. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, are helpful, kind, sweet, and always smile. A scooter can be rented cheaply right there, so the location isn’t an issue at all. On the contrary, the place is surrounded by lush fields and rice paddies, making it very peaceful. Thank you, Modisha and Nishant, we’ll come back someday!

The tranquility, calm, and cleanliness of the establishment were great. I shared an evening with the owner, who is very kind ❤️ A salute to the guard dog. It’s a bit far from restaurants; a tuk‑tuk is required unless you’re willing to walk 10 minutes.

Wonderful location! The B&B is run by a fantastic couple. They go above and beyond for you. Unfortunately, they don’t yet have the financial means to install air conditioning.

I met a wonderful host and enjoyed our conversations; the place was quiet, about a 15‑minute walk from the main street and the beach. Breakfast was tasty, and we felt very comfortable. A shared kitchen was available, the outdoor area was lovely, and hammocks let us relax nicely. The host also drove us in a Tuktuk when we needed it. The value for money was excellent. It was hot because there was no air‑conditioning, but the ceiling fan helped us sleep well.

It’s close enough to all the action in Mirissa yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. If you want authentic Sri Lankan hospitality with an awesome host and a relaxed vibe, this place delivers. I would 100 % stay again. It was hot by Sri Lankan standards, maybe 3‑4 °C above normal, so the room felt warm at night; I’d suggest asking for an extra pedal‑stand fan for extra cooling.
