The selection was superb, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast room gorgeous, but the dinner options were limited to just two main courses.

Our Superior room was spacious, the back‑side location very quiet, the food outstanding, and the breakfast buffet varied, nutritious, and well presented; the service attentive and professional. We didn’t use the wellness facilities because we were only in Badenweiler briefly and wanted to try the nearby Cassiopaia‑Therme. The building’s layout feels a bit awkward due to decades of renovations, and luggage must be carried up stairs or by elevators without assistance. Parking for electric cars isn’t ideal, and the street outside the hotel, the sidewalk, and limited drop‑off spots create a suboptimal traffic situation for guests arriving at the same time; this is a note for guests who may have health‑related limitations, but it didn’t bother us.

Very quiet, the reception at Turbo Personal was friendly and helpful, but assigning tables at breakfast isn’t necessary and shouldn’t be.
